Introduction to Chatbot Suitcase

With suitcases, you can easily group your flows according to their function, niche, or anything.

You can even create suitcase groups to further organize/segregate your flows.

Creating a suitcase

1. Go to Facebook & Instagram > Chatbot Flow Builder

   

2. Click Create Suitcase > Enter suitcase name > Ok

   

3. The suitcase is created successfully.

Adding a flow to suitcase

1. Pick and drag the flow > drop the flow into the suitcase

2. You have successfully added your flows to the suitcase

3. Click on the suitcase and it'll show all the added flows

   

4. Here you can edit, duplicate, unassign, and delete the flows by clicking the buttons at the right

Sharing a suitcase with another MMIO user

1. Go to your suitcase and click on the three verticle dots icon

   

2. Click on Share

   

3. Enter MMIO user's login email and click Confirm

   

Deleting a suitcase

1. Go to your suitcase and click on the three verticle dots icon

   

2. Click on Delete

   

3. You can only delete empty suitcases.

4. Unassign the 2 flows from the suitcase and then repeat the above 2 steps

5. Your suitcase has been deleted successfully
