Importing Previous Conversations from Messenger/Instagram
By default, the Messenger and Instagram chat conversations start with a blank slate.
But you can Import previous conversations by Importing the subscribers from your chosen FB pages or Instagram Business accounts.
Go to Facebook & Instagram > Subscribers
Select the Facebook Page/Instagram > Click Import Subscribers from Page
Successfully Enabled Subscriber Import Process! It may take a few minutes to import all the subscribers.
You can see the number of messenger subscribers.
