Breaking down large Flow to smaller ones

In this article, you'll learn how to break down complex flows into smaller ones.

1. Go to Omnichannel Flows > Click Create Suitcase

   

2. Enter suitcase Name > Click OK

3. Drag the flow into the suitcase and drop it.

   

4. You'll receive a success message when the flow is added to the suitcase.

   

5. Click the Suitcase > Edit Flow

6. Here we need to covert some elements into a separate flow: Select the elements by holding "SHIFT" > then click the Convert Select to Flow icon at the right and Enter Flow Name

   

7. Go back to the suitcase and you'll see a draft flow

   

8. Go to draft flow and Click on Edit

9. Connect the node socket and click Save

   

10. Go to the old Flow > Edit Flow

    

11. Delete the elements which we have added to the new flow

12. Add a Go to flow element

    

13. select the flow elements from the new flow

    

14. Connect node sockets and Save

    

You can repeat the same steps to break down your complex flows into smaller ones.
