Creating A Chatbot Flow using Templates
Click Facebook & Instagram on the Navigation Pane and Select Chat Flow Builder
Select your Page and Click on Templates
Select your preferred template and Click Use this template
Enter Your Templated Flow's Name and click OK
Your chatbot flow is ready > You can edit the flow, messages as per your requirement and start using it.
