Conversations Filters: Filter by Channel and Agent

MMIO Omnichannel chat allows you to filter conversations based on channels and assigned agents.

Filter by Channel

  1. Go to Omnichannel inbox > Click on Messenger Icon


All the messenger conversations have been filtered.

Filter by Agent

Your agents can also easily filter conversations that are assigned to them using the Agent Assignment filter.

  1. Go to Omnichannel inbox > Click Mine


The conversations assigned to you have been filtered.
