Assigning conversations to team members

In MMIO, there are two ways to assign conversations to team members:

  1. Manual

  2. Automatic

Manual Assigning

  1. Go to a conversation > Assigned team-member

  2. Select the team member who you want to assign the conversion

Automatic Assigning

  1. Go to Omnichannel > Chat Settings

  2. Select team members assigned to chat

  3. Go to Assignment Settings > Enable Auto-Assign > Set Round-Robin or Weight-Distribution and Click Save Chat Settings

Your auto-assignment is done.
