Editing an omnichannel flow
In this article, you'll learn how to edit an existing ominchannel flow.
You can edit your omnichannel flows anytime if required.
Go to Omni-channel > Flows
Click "Edit" under actions and make the changes you want within the flow.
Save the flow and test it's working.
